We recommend not removing the dress fully from the Preservation Kit, as this will void our 100-year warranty. However, you can carefully open the kit to inspect the gown and accessories. Just use the provided gloves, and once you’re done, reseal the box with the equipment included in your kit.

Once your gown reaches our warehouse, it is entered in our system, and you can track it through our GownTracker. Once the wedding gown is shipped back to you, it is insured and requires a signature. We have never lost a gown!
