The slip can be included as one of the 5 free items, and tags and extra beading can also be included at no additional charge as part of those free items. Shoes can be preserved as well, but there is an additional $50 fee. You do not need to send the shoe box, as we do not preserve shoe boxes with the gown and accessories.

When listing the value of your dress, please use the actual value of the gown, not the sale price. For dresses valued over $2,000, additional declared value coverage is available and recommended, but it is not required.

Yes, you can open the preservation box to inspect your gown. We recommend using the white gloves provided and resealing the box with the included materials afterward. Opening the box does not void the 100-year guarantee; however, removing the dress from the box does. If you decide to wear the dress again in the future, no special cleaning is required, as the preservation materials do not need to be washed away before wearing.

Your order (#12127666) was delivered to our cleaning facility on June 2 and is currently being processed. It typically takes about 7 days for your gown’s serial number to be entered into our system. Once that is completed, you will receive an email with an updated status. You can check your gown’s status using our portal:

Minor repairs, such as loose beads and small seam or hem repairs, are usually included with the preservation service. Our team will inspect your gown and address the tear in the hem, even if it was not noted on the original order form. No, there is no additional charge for cleaning and preserving a glitter or sequin wedding gown. The price is the same as for any other gown. We regularly work with glitter-covered dresses and take every precaution to protect their appearance during the cleaning and preservation process. In most cases, there is little to no glitter loss, and we do our best to preserve as much of the original detailing as possible.
