What if my dress does not fit the preservation box?
No worries, though! We have multiple sizes in preservation boxes to accommodate various dress styles. Once your gown reaches our warehouse, it is entered in our system, and you can track it through our GownTracker. Once the wedding gown is shipped back to you, it is insured and requires a signature. We have never lost a gown!

To preserve a wedding dress at home, gently hand wash or spot clean it, let it air dry completely, then store it in an acid-free box with acid-free/neutral tissue paper. Keep it in a cool, dry, dark place—avoid plastic bags and hangers to prevent damage.
