I just shipped my dress yesterday so I’ll update when I get it back but the ordering and shipping process was so easy! I was able to include my veil and hanger too! The box came fast and with everything I needed to ship my dress! I can’t wait to get it back!

I just shipped my gown in for preservation yesterday, and I would much prefer to wait and review the process after I've gotten it back, BUT I've been receiving daily emails asking me to leave a review ever since my shipping box was delivered. So this is certainly an incomplete review, but I'm hoping that by leaving something the emails will stop! Overall it seems like a smooth process, the shipping box seemed sturdy for packing my dress up safely. Some constructive criticism that may help future buyers: 1. The shipping instructions were somewhat confusing - it said to include the "white and yellow" form with my dress and keep the pink one, but the only forms available were both white with a pink border. Some simple edits would clarify the process greatly to make sure you get the right information included with the dress. And 2. The included packing tape for sealing the box was useless - it was impossible to peel the top off to reveal the adhesive without pulling the whole piece apart. Luckily I had packing tape on hand to seal the box. Again, this seems critical but is definitely an incomplete review. I'm hoping that once my dress comes back these minor complaints will be the only downsides of this process, and I'll try and update my review at that time.

I am AMAZED at how simple it was to send out my daughter’s wedding dress and veil and receive it back so incredibly clean!! Her train had gotten pretty soiled from dragging through the garden and walkways at her venue. This all came out!! 😍👍🏻 I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend this AWESOME company! Def more than 5 stars!

The only complaint my daughter and I have is that the stickers to point out specific areas on her dress that needed more attention during cleaning would not stay in place. We tried several times to reattach and hope they will be noticed when the cleaning process is underway. Box was just shipped today so this review is prior to cleaning. Are expectations are high based on all the positive reviews!

My daughter wanted to have my 1990s wedding dress redesigned to wear for her rehearsal dinner. When we pulled it out of its original heirloom box it had many yellow spots. We sent it in and paid for the expedited 2 week turnaround. They went past the 2 weeks but when I called they promised to expedite shipping to ensure we would receive the dress in time for the scheduled alteration appointment. We did receive it in time and it was beautiful. Almost all the yellow was gone and now I can’t wait to see the final altered dress.

The initial step of sending in my dress has proceeded smoothly. The shipping box arrived quickly just 3 days after placing the order. The instructions to package up the dress were straightforward and it was an easy process to pack up the dress and drop the box off at UPS.

I received my box in a very timely manner. The instructions for packaging up my dress were easy to follow and I could tell by the materials provided and the process that this company really cares about the safety of my dress during shipping. I know my dress will be in good hands throughout the rest of the cleaning and preservation process.

I had an outdoor wedding and was worried about my wedding dress after my wedding. I found this wedding dress preservation company and sent my gown to them. They called me when my gown was ready and it came like new again. Thank you for preserving the important dress of my life.

From start to finish Wedding Dress Preservation Co. did an outstanding job! The directions to send in my daughter’s wedding dress; veil; and white wedding shoes were clear and easy. Approximately, 5-6 weeks later I received everything cleaned and well packaged in a beautiful white box with a cellophane panel in the front to see the wedding dress and veil. The shoes were carefully packed in tissue paper below the dress/veil. Beautiful job!!!! Thank you !!!!❤️

The process and instructions were clear and easy to follow. I haven't received the gown back to comment on the end product, but so far everything has been professional and simple. I will update my comment once complete

My dress got sent in beat up and came back looking beautiful! They cleaned it so well and sewed my belt back on. It came in a beautiful box with my picture on it and our names and date!

My dress came back looking better than when I purchased it. The cleaning job was absolutely unreal. The process of ordering and shipping it back then receiving it was easier than any online purchase I’ve ever done, yes beats Target and Amazon in my opinion. I was able to have the UPS guy pick it up from my house, I never had to leave. I never had a concern getting my dress back. This was worth every penny spent. I’ve recommended to a few other MOBs or brides themselves. Thank you for having this service available. 1000/10!

I was extremely nervous about sending my dress to be preserved, but I knew it needed to be done at some point. I’m glad I went with Wedding Gown Preservation. This was the easiest solution that also put my mind at ease. The instructions were easy to follow, there was tracking and updates on my order every step of the way. When I got my dress back (quickly!!) it was cleaned and perfectly preserved with my veil! Could not ask for anything more.

My mom wore her wedding dress in 1954. I wore it in 1988. When my mom passed away, I found our dress wrapped in cloth in her hope chest. It had yellow with age. I sent the gown to Wedding Gown Preservation and the gown came back beautifully restored. Now I can offer my 17 year old daughter the chance to wear it or use part of it when she gets married in the future. Thank you for saving my 70 year old wedding gown!
