Ordering Your Kit

Our straightforward process makes ordering your kit easy. Simply choose the kit that fits your needs, select from the personalization options, add it to your cart, and hit order. Use the code 'FREESHIP' at checkout for complimentary 2-Way shipping. Once done with the order, you’ll receive a receipt via email with your assigned order number.

Packing & Shipping Your Gown

Once the order has been placed, the shipping kit will reach your doorstep within a week. Inside the package, you’ll find a crush-proof, water-resistant corrugated shipping container, commercial-grade packaging tape, waterproof poly shipping bag, stain stickers, pre-paid UPS shipping label, and an order form with your order details.

Arrival at Our Facility

Once your gown arrives at our facility, it is carefully unboxed and given a unique identification number. Then, a fabric expert will conduct a detailed inspection using UV technology for any hidden stains, along with any tears, loose threads, or missing adornments. Your gown is then placed on our custom-engineered racking system, imported from Germany, which ensures precise temperature and humidity control throughout the drying phase.

Gentle SYSTEMK4 Cleaning

We clean your gown with the gentle and safe SYSTEMK4 technology, an environmentally friendly, organic cleaning system that safely lifts deep stains and yellowing without damaging delicate fabrics. It features PRENETTK4 for stain removal, CLIPK4 detergent for gentle cleaning, and VINOYK4 to repel water and stains. This safe, effective process ensures your dress stays pristine and well-preserved for years to come.

Hemming and Beading Repairs

We have a team of expert seamstresses who inspect every corner of the wedding gown and ensure every bead, stitch, and detail is restored to its original condition. With years of specialized experience working with bridal gowns, they carefully repair even the most minor imperfections — from fabric pulls and snags to damaged lace, organza tears, worn material, and loose or missing adornments like crystals and sequins.

The Return Trip

After expertly cleaning, restoring, and preserving your gown, it’s placed inside a stunning preservation chest within a crush-proof, water-resistant shipping container. All packages require a signature upon delivery to ensure your wedding gown arrives safely. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your gown ships so that you can follow its journey home. Within 5–7 business days, your preserved wedding dress will be at your doorstep!
