For your peace of mind when sending in your wedding dress, we provide an insured declared value with all our kits. Our Celebrity Kits come with a $3,000 declared value, while our other Kits (Traditional, Clean-Only, and Christening) include a $2,000 declared value. You can increase the insurance coverage by adding $50 for each additional $1,000 to match your dress's original purchase price.

These top-notch images provide reassurance that your dress is flawlessly cleaned and preserved, all while maintaining the integrity of your display chest and the validity of your 100-year warranty. You'll receive a minimum of four top-notch photos highlighting the hemline of your dress. You can opt to receive these images via text or email before we ship your dress back to your home. My daughter wanted to have my 1990s wedding dress redesigned to wear for her rehearsal dinner. When we pulled it out of its original heirloom box it had many yellow spots. We sent it in and paid for the expedited 2 week turnaround. They went past the 2 weeks but when I called they promised to expedite shipping to ensure we would receive the dress in time for the scheduled alteration appointment. We did receive it in time and it was beautiful. Almost all the yellow was gone and now I can’t wait to see the final altered dress.
